Subscription
- Weekly and monthly subscription plans are billed as per the selected option.
- Modifications or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
Delivery
- Deliveries are made within the specified delivery area.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refund and Cancellation
- No refunds or cancellations are allowed for orders once placed.
- However, cancellations for subscription plans are acceptable if requested at least 2 days before the subscription starts. Refunds will be issued for such cancellations.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after the subscription begins.
This policy ensures clarity and efficient management of orders and subscriptions.
Consumption Guidelines
- All meals delivered must be consumed within 2 hours of delivery to ensure optimal freshness, taste, and safety.
- The company is not liable for any issues arising from meals consumed beyond this time frame.
Allergies and Special Diets
- Customers must inform us of any allergies at the time of subscription.
- ProtiBowls is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed allergens.
Liability Disclaimer
While we ensure quality, Proti Bowls is not responsible for any health-related issues caused by improper storage or consumption.
